Currently third in the Formula Renault 3.5 Championship, Walker is hoping to finish ahead of second placed Charles Pic, who got past Walker in the last round, while staying ahead of F1 rookie Jaime Alguersuari who is closing in on him overall.
Walker said: ‘I won’t be happy if I don’t get the runners-spot this year because it was bad enough conceding the championship.
‘We know we are quick as we have been quick all year. I really want to end the year on a high, especially for P1 Motorsport as they have done an astounding job for me this season.’
