Competing at Lecq Clay Target Club, de la Haye shot 90 ex 100 to share second place with England’s Jonathan Lee and David Barnett as Chris Biddlecombe (England) took the high gun honours on 91.

There was success for Chris Settle in Class C as he shared the top spot with Guernsey’s Denis O’Regan on 75 while Jersey’s Martin Shales finished third on 72.

More than 250 shooters were in the Island over the weekend with the Lecq Club hosting the Clay Target Sporting Home International shoot on Saturday. More results and pictures are published in today’s Jersey Evening Post.
