Milano Bars site is put up for sale

For 13 years the site, popular with camper vans as a place to park up for a picnic, has remained empty.

But now the owner has put the land on the sea front at L’Etacq up for sale and is suggesting that two luxury houses could be built there.

C Le Masurier Ltd owns the land and has an existing Planning consent for an 18-bedroom hotel, pub and staff accommodation.

Broadlands estate agents are advertising the site as a ‘one-off beach location development site for two luxury houses’.

The location has become a popular spot for picnickers. Picture by David Ferguson (00767175)
