The masterclass, arranged in partnership with the Jersey Hospitality Association, is entitled the Customer is King and is designed to help inform businessmen and women understand how improved customer service can have a major positive impact on all sorts of enterprise.

Economic Development Minister Alan Maclean has made it clear that he believes that customer care – or service, as it used to be described – is a vital part of modern business.

Senator Maclean said: ‘With customer service playing an increasingly important role in securing and retaining business, this masterclass will be invaluable for Island business people.’
