Director Richard Lock says that the Office Space Across The World 2008 survey shows that London office occupancy costs – the most expensive in the world – have risen 30 per cent on last year.
‘One square foot in London’s West End now costs an average of £156,’ he said, ‘while Jersey’s prime occupancy costs have remained consistent at ?35 per square foot including rates and service charges.
