Guernsey resident Ron Miller started his career in 1958 when he joined Southern Television as a sales executive. He joined LWT in the 1970s and was later appointed to the board and also to the board of LWT International.
In the late 1980s he was presented with the Advertising Man of the Year award by the Publicity Club of London and in 1996 was awarded the Mackintosh Medal by the Advertising Association of Great Britain for services to advertising.
Since leaving LWT, he has held non-executive director positions with TVI, RTE and Carat. He has lived in Guernsey since 1996.
