Based at the city’s Fitzwilliam Business Centre, at Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, the office will provide Mourant’s SPV administration services to the structured finance community.
It will be headed by Peter O’Leary, who is an Irish solicitor formerly of A&L Goodbody in Ireland and Mourant in Jersey.
