Peggy Dubois has lived in the home in St Brelade since 2004. She was born in West Sussex in 1907 and ran the Royal Hotel in Hayling Island in Portsmouth with her husband George Hogge, whom she married in 1928.
They also went on to run the Golden Hind Hotel in Portsmouth together.
After her husband died, she came to live in the Island and helped her brother Charles Hector to run the St Peter’s Hotel.
Her second husband was Emile Dubois – a farmer in St Peter – to whom she was married for 40 years.
Lakeside administrator Carol Reid said: ‘Peggy is lovely fun to be with and enjoys having her hand held by the other residents and staff.’
Her relatives will be among those attending a party for her at the home this afternoon.
