The large purpose-built block is next to the new Tourism office on the Esplanade and totals 61,500 sq ft of space.
Designed by the Irish developers Harcourt, it cost £30 million and is part of the Waterfront Enterprise Board raft of projects.
Once completed in November, the third, fourth and fifth floors will be taken up by the staff of Computer Patent Annuities, who are currently occupying another building on the opposite side of the Esplanade and in Seaton Place.
