The Metropole, in Roseville Street and the Mayfair, in St Saviour’s Road, have been given their status under the Jersey Quality Assured scheme, which is a similar rating to the AA or RAC.
The Metropole was awarded its three-star rating from January this year and the Mayfair from earlier this month.
Both hotels are part of the Modern Hotels Group.
To celebrate, the Metropole hotel manager Bob Wilton held a barbecue on Grève d’Azette beach recently to thank his staff for their hard work.
