Treasury Minister Terry Le Sueur conceded in the States on Tuesday that he has not decided on a way to ensure that businesses such as high street stores make a contribution. However, the Treasury Minister said he was not unduly concerned because the amounts that could be raised from foreign-owned companies were relatively small. Under proposals being examined, he said that the amounts that might be raised were between £7 million and £9 million.
