Construction awards take on a natural theme

The theme for this year is ‘natural construction’ – buildings which reflect the architecture of nature, encapsulated by the new awards symbol of a nautilus shell.

The new award categories, health and safety and the environment, echo that theme.

This is the third year of the awards and there are nine categories, one more than in previous years, with the Project of the Year split into projects over and under half a million pounds in a bid to encourage smaller builders to enter.
