Parkridge sell industrial arm for £298m

Jersey residents John Miller and Mike Bell are non-executive directors of Parkridge, which acquires and develops retail warehousing, high street retail space, leisure schemes, offices, residential properties and mixed-use projects in the UK.

Mr Bell is also chairman of Aviation Beauport, a company he acquired in 1984.

The ProLogis deal includes a land bank of more than 800 acres with an estimated completion value of £1.

bn, as well as Parkridge’s UK logistic development business which has ten industrial projects and further operations in western Europe.
