The booklet, appropriately called the Commercial Property Investment Guide, examines the advantages of the sector and why it has been of particular interest in recent times.
It also spells out the risks for the private investor, explaining that property should ideally be part of a balanced portfolio.
Paul Fisher, Omega’s managing director, said: ‘The past five years have been a very difficult time for investment, but confidence has started to return because of positive market returns and a favourable economic outlook.
For us, this renewed confidence has not been generally in favour of traditional stock market investment, but more for a heavier weighting towards more stable assets, in particular commercial property investment.
