Aspen Estates has moved into the former Seedee John’s music shop on the corner of Bath Street and Peter Street.
Three of the new team, Paul Fox, David Vibert and Richard Dixon, were formerly at Mulberry so have just moved just next door to their old employer.
The man behind the new venture is Mr Fox, a former orang-utan and gorilla keeper at Jersey Zoo who moved into the motor trade before becoming an estate agent six years ago.
