Competing in the final of the Sussex Elite tournament the Jersey girl ran out the winner, 11-6, 11-3, against Hallam, whom she beat in the English National competition three weeks ago.
Cann now tops the table with most points gained after winning all three Elite tournaments, and will play off against second-placed Julie Standley, to try and retain the overall elite title which she won last year.
Also playing in the Sussex Elite competition was Jersey’s Solenn Pasturel.
She won her first match, in three sets, but lost to Standley 11-6, 11-9.
Cann travels to Germany today, to compete in the German Open tournament.
Among those taking part are several of the Chinese women who competed in the Athens Olympics.
