The Jersey Motor Cycle and Light Car Club’s motocross committee chairman Nigel Gregory said the visitors from the UK and France were hugely enthusiastic about the event and the venue.
‘The weather was against us on Saturday but this has not deterred any of the UK and French competitors from returning.
They were all very complimentary of the organisation of the event and the track is the one of the best in Europe and the UK that they have ridden on,’ said Gregory The only Channel Islands winner at the event was Guernsey’s Ben Carré in the adult 250 cc class who took maximum points in the four races.
