And the Deputy expressed grave reservations about the wisdom of the States yesterday approving the new Draft Competition Law while there are major issues to address about the way the JCRA has been run.
During the debate on the new law, Deputy Dorey described the internal audit’s conclusions as ‘a damning indictment’.
‘It is extremely damning and if I had been the official recipient of that report I would be referring it to the Attorney General,’ he said.
