Honda has given its flagship supercar a new lease of life for 2019, with an extra paint option, better chassis rigidity and more cabin customisation.
The new, eye-catching Thermal Orange Pearlescent joins the bodywork choices, while also being available as a finish on brake calipers for optional carbon ceramic discs. Other visual tweaks include the switch from a chrome upper front grille to a colour-matching piece, while mesh in the front and rear bumpers is painted gloss black.

Customers can now also opt for a full red leather interior or blue trimmings on Alcantara and leather combination upholstery.
It’s not just aesthetic changes for the NSX, though. New, larger stabiliser bars improve chassis rigidity at the front and rear of the car by 26 per cent and 19 per cent respectively, while the rear hubs and control-arm toe link bushings have been beefed up to boost chassis responsiveness.
Power hasn’t been increased, but the engine does get some minor fettling with upgraded injectors, turbocharger tweaks and a new particulate filter to ensure the NSX complies with the Euro 6d-TEMP emissions standard.
The updated Honda NSX is expected to go on sale early in 2019, with a limited allocation coming to the UK. Pricing has yet to be revealed.
