Actor Martin Freeman, comedian Jack Whitehall and Countdown star Rachel Riley were among the celebrities backing the annual ICAP Charity Day, raising money for causes across the globe on Wednesday.
Sports stars including Adam Peaty, Paul Merson and John Terry were also on hand for the event, which sees famous faces hit the phones as the broker company ICAP donates 100% of its revenue and brokers’ commission to charity.
Singers Jessie Ware and Chesney Hawkes, former Love Island host Laura Whitmore, TV host Gaby Roslin, US model and actress Jerry Hall, Sexy Beast star Ray Winstone, actress Ellie Bamber and Nip/Tuck star Joely Richardson also went along to support the charity fundraiser’s 32nd edition.
Whitmore was there on behalf of the King’s Trust, Winstone was backing the Royal British Legion which he has previously supported along with Freeman, and Roslin represented Alzheimer’s Research UK at ICAP’s London headquarters.

Since it began as a pioneering fundraising initiative in 1993, the day has raised more than £165 million, which has been donated to more than 3,000 charitable causes around the world.
