CAFE staff members who consistently go above and beyond to make customers feel welcome have been nominated for the Customer Service Employee of the Year award.
Nominator Sandra Noel said that no matter the day, the time or who served her, she was always greeted with “a smile and fabulous service”.
Ms Noel said the team remained friendly and attentive, even when the staff were “rushed off their feet” on busy days, or when the weather was “blowing and raining”.
She added that staff members made an effort to get to know regular customers by name and remembered what they liked to eat and drink.
Describing Bonne Nuit Café as “a community of fabulous customer service”, she said the team’s friendliness, consistency and dedication made them deserving nominees of the Customer Service Employee of the Year award.
