The collision, on Rue des Mans, involved a white Suzuki van driven by a 22-year-old man, a Toyota Yaris driven by a 32-year-old man and a Fiat 500 driven by a woman (56).
It is understood that one of the cars struck the two others which were travelling on the other side of the road.
It is not believed that anyone was seriously injured in the crash, which happened close to the accident black spot sign in the dip of the road shortly before 8.40 am.
About 40 minutes earlier, a silver Peugeot, driven by a 46-year-old man, was in collision with a silver BMW bike at the eastern entrance to the Tunnel. No one was seriously injured.
