This excellent track was built at great cost, has a good surface and should be of great benefit to those cycling in this area.
I am a cyclist, though due to infirmity I don’t cycle much these days. On several occasions I and a tailback of other motorists have been held up by a lone selfish cyclist not using the track and considerably delaying traffic on the main road.
Surely the States should pass legislation to make the use of these cycle tracks compulsory, especially when one considers the burden on the taxpayer.
