ISLANDERS have just days left to vote for their favourite festive window display in St Helier.
The annual competition sees businesses in the town centre spruce up their shop fronts in a bid to be one of the winners at an awards ceremony next month.
There are two “People’s Choice” categories (commercial and community) that Islanders can vote in, with voting closing on Monday.
There will also be three judged categories (small, medium, large and community). Kayleigh McLachlan and Eve Pimblott, St Helier’s current senior and junior ambassadors, and Jenny Mullin, BBC Radio Jersey’s breakfast presenter, are this year’s judges who will announce their decisions this Thursday at 5.15pm in the Royal Square.
Thirty businesses are taking part this year.
St Helier Constable Simon Crowcroft said: “The Christmas window competition is a wonderful opportunity to recognise the creativity and effort of businesses in St Helier in transforming the town centre during the festive period.
“Please come and discover the incredible displays and experience the magic of Christmas shopping in St Helier. Please support local and get voting.”
