Stephen Fitzpatrick, managing director of Brocken and Fitzpatrick Ltd, was told that his company had an ‘appalling record’ when his business was sentenced at the Royal Court on Friday after admitting eight motoring charges.
The company was previously fined £24,500 in 2014 by the Royal Court for defective vehicles and £2,000 in 2012 for similar charges and it has also been dealt with at parish hall level for 12 similar offences.
