Les Ormes, which is owned by the Bosdet Foundation, is planning to buy Rocco Apartments at La Pulente.
The foundation, which supports Island charities, says that the investment will enable it to increase its annual donations to groups by at least £100,000.
Mike Graham, managing director of Les Ormes and general manager of the Bosdet Foundation, said that it was expected that the sale of the apartments – which are due to be renamed Les Ormes de la Mer – will go through the Royal Court in early October.
