Officers Holly Bertram, Melissa Luis, Tamas Barta, Christopher Brewer, Elliot Brown, Trystan Colley, James Elliott, Christopher Fisher, Bernard Gordon and Louis Le Poidevin were sworn in during a short hearing in the court.
Commissioner Sir Michael Birt, presiding, congratulated the officers on their new roles.
‘Being in the force is a very important job and one which the community is extremely grateful to you for,’ he said. ‘It is also an office with great responsibility. So not only is the community grateful to you for this but they expect very high standards.’
