JT warned and fined £3,000 by regulator

Competition watchdog the Channel Islands Competition and Regulatory Authorities says that the company broke conditions within its telecoms licence when it introduced its JT One product last year.

The operator was required to give CICRA and other telecoms firms 21 days’ notice before launching the new service, which offers bundled fixed line, mobile and broadband packages.

However, JT only notified CICRA and not its competitors about JT One.
