Lottia Becky Cunningham (20), who has several previous convictions, committed the offences after the emergency services were called to Tanguy’s Bar in St Helier in the early hours of 19 November.
Paramedics and police officers arrived to find Cunningham lying apparently unconscious in the female toilets.
But when they tried to help her, she responded with a stream of verbal abuse.
An officer reported that she was so drunk that she could not stand unassisted.
