The smash involved a blue Peugeot 206, which the pair are believed to have been in when it crashed into a field along Chanolles de Six Rues. The car was travelling from Carrefour Selous.
Police are investigating the incident and have asked any witnesses to contact them on 612612 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
