Property investment company C Le Masurier, which is owned by the Clarke family, has applied to knock down 11 buildings on 31-41 Broad Street and 19-29 Commercial Street to build offices, a restaurant and car and bike parking.

If approved by Planning the project would create over 300,000 square feet of office space for Jersey’s finance sector.
