Property Holdings, a States company that administers about 900 properties owned by the public, sold six properties this year, making £6.1 million.

Among the six properties were Rozel Mill – which sold for £70,000 – and the former Sunshine Hotel at Havre des Pas, which brought in £3 million.

Assistant Treasury Minister John Le Fondré said: ‘We made £6.1 million against a target of about £4 million. That assumes that everything that we have agreed to will go through the Royal Court. In 2008 we raised £1.75 million.’
