WEB managing director David Margason warned today that the content and quality of the overall waterfront plan would depend on what constraints were placed on it.

He was responding to the comments made by Islanders so far for and against the skyscraper plans and at a time when two States Members have lodged proposals to restrict the development.

One of them, Senator Dick Shenton, today called on Islanders to rally against proposals for the Castle Quay scheme, with towers of up to 20 storeys, and the new Jardins de la Mer plan, which is 13 storeys.
