A 64-YEAR-OLD man has been convicted of sexually assaulting a teenage girl at a party.
Gordon Burnett was found unanimously guilty by a jury of sexual touching without consent following a three-day trial in the Royal Court.
The court heard that Burnett put his hand up the teenage girl’s skirt and inside her underwear against her will.
Burnett will return to the court for sentencing on 18 October.
