The singer, who is best known for hits such as Hot Right Now, Anywhere and How We Do, is due to perform on the festival’s closing night.
Festival organiser Warren Le Sueur launched the Weekender last year. The festival has taken the place of Jersey Live in the Island’s events calendar.
Rita Ora will be joined on the bill by 2018 Brit Award winner Rag ‘n’ Bone Man.
The festival will be held at the Royal Jersey Showground in Trinity on the weekend of 1 and 2 September.
