A 29-YEAR-OLD man has been charged in relation to the crash which killed father and son Dean and Charlie Lowe in August last year.
Dylan John Pounds faces two counts of causing death by dangerous driving, as well as failing to stop and report an accident, holding a mobile phone while driving and possessing a class B drug.
He has also been charged with two counts of being concerned in the supply of drugs, both class A and B, which are unrelated to the crash.
He has been bailed and is due to appear in court on 8 February.
Mr Lowe (48) and 11-year-old Charlie died after being hit by a vehicle as they walked along Rue de Fauvic in Grouville on the night of Saturday 5 August.
