Reality stars, actors, and a retired Olympian are among the cast of celebrity contestants who will compete against one another when ITV’s Dancing On Ice returns this Sunday evening.
Holly Willoughby will present the show alongside Stephen Mulhern who replaced Phillip Schofield on the reality competition after he resigned from the broadcaster in 2023.
The cast includes Love Island star Chris Taylor and professional skater Vanessa Bauer, who will perform to You Make My Dreams (Come True) by Daryl Hall And John Oates, and soap actress Chelsee Healey, who will skate to Crazy In Love by Beyonce alongside her partner Andy Buchanan.
Former Premier League footballer Anton Ferdinand and Annette Dytrt will skate to Maneskin’s verion of Beggin’ with wildlife presenter Michaela Strachan and Mark Hanretty performing to Let’s Do It by Cole Porter.
The other contestants are former EastEnders star Charlie Brooks, retired rower Sir Steve Redgrave, reality star Dan Edgar, The Traitors contestant Mollie Pearce and comedian Josh Jones.
Paralympian Dame Sarah Storey was due to compete but said she was “absolutely gutted” in December in a post announcing she would withdraw after fracturing her ankle.
Earlier in the month the show paid tribute to former contestant and RuPaul’s Drag Race winner The Vivienne, real name James Lee Williams, who died at the age of 32.
An Instagram post said: “Everyone at Dancing on Ice is so deeply saddened by the passing of James Lee Williams, best known to our audiences as The Vivienne.
“Our thoughts and deepest sympathies are with their family and friends.”
The competition will be judged by retired Olympic ice skaters Christopher Dean and Jayne Torvill, former Strictly Come Dancing professional Oti Mabuse, and Ashley Banjo – founder of dance troupe Diversity.
Soap star Ryan Thomas and his ice skating partner Amani Fancy won last year’s competition.
Dancing On Ice returns at 6.30pm, live on ITV1, ITVX, STV and STV Player.
