A large plume of smoke could be seen billowing up from Apsley Road in St Helier after the blaze broke out at about 6.20 am on Wednesday.
The fire quickly spread to another vehicle and heat from the blaze damaged the windows and fascia of the adjacent property.
The house also suffered smoke damage.
Firefighters quickly extinguished the flames and an investigation into the cause is now under way.
