Rebekah Le Gal (38) has pleaded not guilty to causing death by dangerous driving following the incident on Tunnell Street on 27 June.
Clinton Pringle, who was on holiday in the Island with his mother Stacey at the time, died from his injuries in Southampton Hospital several days after the collision.
