Saturday is likely to be the best day of the three-day weekend, with sunny periods and temperatures rising to 16c.
But the weather is expected to go downhill on Sunday as potentially heavy and thundery showers move across the Island in the morning before clearing early afternoon. Temperatures are likely to rise to about 14c.
Forecasters are still uncertain on the detail for Monday, but rain could return by the afternoon.
Jersey Met forecaster Philip Johnson said: ‘Saturday is looking like a reasonable day but Sunday is looking more unsettled with heavy and possibly thundery showers, which are likely to knock the temperatures down a bit.
‘We are not sure about the timings for Monday. It could be a fair day with some sunny periods but we could also see some rain later in the day. And temperatures could be anywhere between 13c and 15c.’
