The 18-year-old was driving a Peugeot containing three male passengers when his car careered off the road between El Tico and Le Braye Café.
One of the passengers, aged 18, is in a stable and comfortable condition in Jersey’s General Hospital. Two other passengers, aged 17 and 18, were both discharged on Monday. No other vehicle was involved in the accident.
