Warm and sunny weather forecast for Easter weekend

Following the mildest March since 1957, the Island is expected to enjoy more warmer-than-average conditions over the four-day holiday.

Temperatures are due to peak at about 15°C and any rain is expected to fall overnight.

Jersey Met Office forecaster Philip Johnson said: ‘It’s looking like a pretty good weekend, with slightly above average temperatures and sunny spells, although Friday is expected to be cloudier.

‘It looks like we will see a little bit of rain on Friday night and perhaps again on Monday night – but we are not expecting much.’
