Bryony Le Boutillier, who owns Woodlands Farm off Rue de Maupertuis with Nicola Le Boutillier, has applied for planning permission to build a new unit at the site to house a shop, café and agricultural production area.
Woodlands Farm is a potato and dairy farm in the protected green zone that has included a roadside stall since 2001 and according to the application, from next summer the business will begin producing ‘fresh artisan dairy products’ using its own milk.
