The park, which is situated in St Lawrence and St Mary, has proved popular with families since opening last summer, and now owner and entrepreneur Jonathan Ruff is hoping to introduce a host of new activities close by.
He revealed that he was working on developing the site further this summer, but now his planning application has been made public for the first time. It contains details of the project, which includes partly demolishing a large redundant glasshouse, building a 300-space landscaped car park and introducing a range of indoor activities, including ice skating, paintball, crazy golf and go-karting.
