Although the victim has been identified, authorities have not yet released his name as they are still working to contact and speak to relatives.
A 51-year-old man was last night arrested on suspicion of murder and is due to be interviewed by investigators today.
A team of 12 detectives, led by Detective Chief Inspector Alison Fossey, is working on the case.
