Eleven awards were handed out to recognise successes in the industry in the past 12 months during the awards ceremony at the Hotel de France which was attended by more than 300 people.
Weighbridge House, formerly the Southampton Hotel, won the Ogier Best Use of Innovation and the Benest and Syvret Project of the Year over £3 million awards.
Michael Ruane, of Andium Homes, won the Highlands College Star of the Future Award, while Edward Baker, of Hacquoil and Cook, won the Jersey Construction Council Lifetime Achiever award.
