Cannabis weighing around 40 kg, 5,000 ecstasy tablets and 2 kg of MDMA powder were allegedly found inside a vehicle which arrived onboard the Condor Liberation in the early afternoon on Saturday.
Four people were arrested, including the 50-year-old, who has been charged with drug importation offences.
The other three individuals were released pending further inquiries.
