The Halkett Place store, which is also selling mother-of-the-bride and bridesmaid dresses in addition to wedding accessories, will be open for the next four weeks.
All of the outfits, including 35 new bridal dresses, have been donated by Islanders.
Last week the charity held a showcase event to give potential buyers a glimpse of the items currently on sale.
