The reptile, which was washed up seriously ill on a beach at Grève d’Azette last month, was recently flown to Gran Canaria on a private jet owned by Iron Maiden frontman Bruce Dickinson.
Terri’s trip came after an online appeal raised more than £10,000 to send the loggerhead turtle to the warm waters of the Spanish island to help it recover.
And now, after spending two weeks at a specialist turtle rehabilitation centre, Terri is said to be responding well and could soon be released back into her natural habitat once she has been fitted with a tracking device.
