Funding aid for children’s charities

The Bosdet Foundation, which runs Les Ormes in St Brelade and invests all its profits back into the sport and leisure site or donates them to good causes, is inviting applications for support in 2016.

Mike Graham, Bosdet Foundation general manager, said that the organisation had reviewed Jersey’s charitable sector over the last few months and identified that investment in children and young people was needed, so it now wants to support charities associated with aspects of the States’ 1,001 days strategy, which focuses on investing in children from birth to the age of two, as well as those working with Islanders up to the age of 18.

To apply for funding, click here, or call Mr Graham on 497002, and charities will need to provide a copy of their accounts and constitution.
